JiliParty Terms and Conditions — Know the Rules Before You Play

1. Introduction

jiliparty reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. If you cannot provide satisfactory verification, your account may be suspended and any pending withdrawals held pending investigation. We take age verification seriously — this is not optional and it is not negotiable.

If you register an account while ineligible — including by misrepresenting your age — jiliparty is entitled to void all bets placed, cancel all bonuses, and withhold any associated winnings. Deposits may be returned at our discretion after verification costs are deducted.

3. Account Registration

3.1 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one active account on jiliparty. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, or using alternate contact details — is strictly prohibited. Multi-accounting is a form of fraud at jiliparty and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of all balances and bonuses.

3.2 Accurate Registration Information

When you register at jiliparty, all information you provide — name, date of birth, mobile number, email address, and payment details — must be accurate, complete, and kept up to date. Providing false information during registration is grounds for account termination. It is your responsibility to update your details if they change.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your jiliparty login credentials — username, password, and any security codes — confidential. Do not share your login details with anyone. jiliparty will never ask for your password via chat, email, or phone. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your permission, contact support at support@jiliparty.best immediately. jiliparty is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to keep credentials secure.

3.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

jiliparty conducts Know Your Customer (KYC) verification as required by Philippine regulations. You may be asked to provide a valid government-issued ID (UMID, PhilSys, driver's licence, passport, or equivalent), proof of address, and verification of your payment method. Accounts with unverified KYC may have withdrawal requests held until verification is completed. Processing time for KYC documents is typically 1–3 business days.

3.5 Account Closure

You may close your jiliparty account at any time by contacting support. Any remaining balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method after all pending wagering requirements on bonus funds are resolved. jiliparty also reserves the right to close accounts at our discretion, particularly in cases involving violations of these Terms.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests to GCash and Maya are typically processed within 5 minutes, 24 hours a day. Bank transfer withdrawals (BDO, BPI, UnionBank, InstaPay, PESONet) are processed within 1 business day. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. jiliparty reserves the right to request additional identity verification before processing any withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or first-time withdrawals from an account.

4.4 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if it has had no login activity for 12 consecutive months. jiliparty will notify you via email or SMS before applying any dormancy fees. A monthly administration fee of ₱100 or the remaining balance (whichever is lower) may be deducted from dormant accounts. The account remains yours — login to reactivate it at any time.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

5.4 Tournament Prizes

Tournament prize pools at jiliparty are guaranteed and paid within 24 hours of tournament completion. Prize distributions are published in advance for each event. In the event of a tie, prizes are split equally between tied players. Tournament schedules and structures are subject to change; any confirmed registration for a cancelled event will receive a full refund of the buy-in.

6. Games & Fair Play

6.1 Random Number Generator

7. Prohibited Conduct

8. Responsible Gaming

Nothing in these Terms limits jiliparty's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot legally be excluded under Philippine consumer protection law.

11. Amendments to These Terms

Continued use of jiliparty after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. 12. Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them — including disputes about their validity, existence, or termination — are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. You and jiliparty both agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines for the resolution of any disputes that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints process.
